Description:

Superior sci-fi thriller about an extraterrestrial race segregated from the human population in a shanty town outside of Johannesburg called District 9. A brief pursuit sequence occurs after Wikus, exposed to alien DNA, helps Christopher, one of the aliens recover DNA material from a Multi-National United (MNU) laboratory by escaping in a Toyota Hilux back to District 9. A helicopter with MNU military personnel gives chase.
