Both films have received a spruced up transfer, but disappointingly still sport a 2.0 stereo soundtrack.
The belated Blu-Ray release of Dirty Mary Crazy Larry is particularly welcome, adding itself alongside the likes of Vanishing Point and Gone in 60 Seconds in recently restored car chase films.
Dirty Mary Crazy Larry is highly regarded amongst the car chase classics as one of the greatest chase films of the 1970s, following Peter Fonda and his crew of crooks' supermarket robbery and subsequent cross country chase that leads to one of the most unexpected and comically abrupt endings in b-movie history involving a Dodge Charger and a train.
This month also marks the release of The Driver on blu-ray - albiet in a severely limited supply.
